If you interacted with an eChat assistant via WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, or a web widget, you may request permanent deletion of your phone or user record.

All conversational threads and dialect analytics tied to that specific identifier will be purged from our active stores.

To initiate a deletion request, please send an email to info@smartech4it.com with the subject line 'User Data Deletion Request'.

Include the phone number used in international format, the service or organization interacted with, and any relevant email addresses.

To safeguard personal data against unauthorized erasure requests, our operations team may issue a verification message to the associated telephone number or email.

Processing officially commences once ownership of the requested identifier is confirmed.

Requests are reviewed and processed within 7 business days following successful identity verification.

Targeted records are deleted from active databases and cycle out of secondary backups according to routine rotation cycles.

Anonymized aggregate metrics that cannot be linked to any identifiable individual may be retained for system performance reporting.

Where specific fiscal or statutory retention obligations apply under local regulations, mandatory transaction records may be archived as required by law.

Upon completion of data erasure, a formal confirmation email is issued acknowledging that your information has been permanently deleted.
